All tied up in stitches

Walk with me as I journey my way through life using the crafts of knitting and crocheting as tools to help me make my way.

I'm like a butterfly emerging from it's cocoon, trying to find who I am in the midst of a total life change. At times its exciting. At times challenging. At times a little scary. But something I know I have to go through in order to fly.

I LOVE this bag. It's another of my own designs. I used a Cascade 220 gold and a very soft white. If you look closely you will see that I used the two colors to create the cord that runs through the bag as the handle. Posted by Picasa

I absolutely love this bag! You said that it was your own design - way to go! You should think of writing it down and selling the pattern. Lots of people would pay a few dollars for insturctions on how to make such a great bag.

Thank you for you input on my design. I do plan to start publishing some of my favorites. I always write down what I do as I go in a special notebook, so hopefully it won't be too long before I have them available.

By the way, I went to your site and I see you're from Indiana? I went to Anderson University and lived a while in Indiana before moving back to Hawaii. I also see you have a very lovely kitty. Is he/she a Russian Blue? He/she looks so much like our 'Piper'. They could be related! :)

Thanks again for stopping by!
